About Mel Meza 

I’m Melina Meza, a Los Angeles based Bar Director, consultant, and founder of Mixalot Cocktail Co. With over 13 years of industry experience, I specialize in concept development, menu creation, staff training, and event execution for high caliber restaurants, luxury events, brand activations, and more. My approach is rooted in delivering polished, professional guest experiences where every detail matters, from the first pour to the final toast.

 

Mixalot grew out of my passion for craft, connection, and sustainability. I set out to bring the refinement of fine dining cocktails beyond the restaurant setting, creating a mobile bar experience with an eco conscious focus that delivers thoughtful drinks and seamless service wherever the celebration takes place..
